Oblivion Remaster launch date revealed

The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion remaster will get a remaster version soon, and apparently, screenshots have been shared online, and it has become the worst-kept secret in gaming for now. The game has not been publicly announced, but according to rumors, the game might be released next week.

Nevertheless, it appears that even the official Xbox Support account is becoming perplexed, as it has allegedly provided a release date and further details to individuals who inquire via direct messages.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered screenshots

According to the most recent leak, the Oblivion remake is a remaster of the original role-playing game rather than a remake, despite recent reports that it would be unexpectedly announced and released in April. Screenshots of the remastered version’s settings, character models, graphical improvements, and other features were leaked from the website of Virtous, the developer rumored to be working on the game.

Social media platforms spread the screenshots after they appeared on ResetEra. Key art and pictures contrasting the remaster and the original game are among the leaked screenshots. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is the name of the game, as confirmed by the promotional key image. According to earlier claims, Unreal Engine 5 was used to completely recreate the Bethesda RPG. When the game is formally released, information on the remaster’s scope and accompanying enhancements should become evident.

According to the website leaks (via VGC), Virtous is working with Bethesda’s Dallas and Rockville teams to make Oblivion Remastered. According to reports, the game will debut with Game Pass on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X.

Oblivion Remaster Launch date Revealed

Although Microsoft and Bethesda have not publicly confirmed the game, a number of industry insiders have stated that the project is almost ready. Jeff Grubb of Giant Bomb stated earlier this month that the updated Oblivion may be shadow dropped “at any moment” in April. At about the same time, another source stated that the game may be released the week of April 21, following the conclusion of the Elder Scrolls Online anniversary celebration. Beginning on April 3 and lasting until April 22, the in-game ESO anniversary event

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered’s release schedule has now been shortened by Grubb, who stated on the most recent episode of the Game Mess Mornings podcast that the game will debut “next week.”

“I will now give people a week.” On the podcast Monday, Grubb stated, “The week of April 21, so basically the last week of this month — next week, essentially.” “It should shadow drop then, which I believe other people have stated, but I have independent confirmation that it will happen.”

According to the leaked screenshots, an announcement may be made shortly, which is consistent with the schedule that Grubb provided. In 2006, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was first made available for PC and Xbox 360.
