A recent Genshin Impact leak suggests that Skirk will employ a substantially modified version of the Medium Female model, hinting that her Fontaine appearance may not be her final look. Skirk is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin Impact since he is a follower of Surtalogi and has a deep connection to the Abyss’s abilities. While she was teased by Tartaglia since Version 1.1, players got to encounter Skirk in the flesh during the last Act of Fontaine.
The latest Artifact Set from Version 5.5 suggests that Skirk in Genshin Impact is a Cryo character, yet very nothing is known about her skill set. Given that she is described as a mysterious swordswoman, Skirk will likely end up a Cryo Sword or Cryo Claymore in her playable debut. Additionally, Skirk will likely possess a unique kind of Elemental Energy, similar to how Mavuika uses her Fighting Spirit, which is something Genshin Impact gamers can anticipate.
Although Skirk’s exact release date is unknown, a lot of indications suggest that she will make her debut in Version 5.7, most likely with the release of Mare Jivari, Genshin Impact’s last Natlan map expansion before Snezhnaya. One of the most trustworthy voices in the Genshin Impact community, DK2, claims that Skirk’s playable form will differ somewhat from the Medium Female template. “Slightly adjusted” could be an understatement, considering that the leak contrasts Varesa and Iansan’s level of modification with theirs.
Genshin Impact Skirk new update and makeover
This would not be the first time the devs altered a Genshin Impact character before their playable debut, however it’s safe to assume that Skirk’s design was complete by Version 4.2. The model from Baizhu famously had a makeover while maintaining the same appearance, and it appears that Skirk will follow suit. Another piece of evidence that supports this leak is Skirk’s silhouette from the list of future Genshin Impact characters. Interestingly, it looks like the body form differs from her present model.
The Genshin Impact community’s good reaction to Varesa and Iansan may encourage HoYoverse to create more diverse models overall. Only four characters from the next roadmap are still unknown, after the two Collective of Plenty characters were introduced in Version 5.5: Ifa, Dahlia, Effie, and Skirk. The last Natlan character to join the cast prior to Version 6.0 will be Ifa in Genshin Impact. Skirk will undoubtedly characterize the second half of Natlan, despite the fact that ifa will attract a lot of interest.
