On February 3, Pokémon TCG Pocket launched the new Cresselia ex-drop event, which let players obtain five brand-new promo cards. Pokémon TCG Pocket players can obtain new cards by opening booster packs, but they can only obtain promo cards—special additions to the collection—through events.
This is because Pokémon TCG Pocket promo cards may have different skills and HP than their original counterparts. One image and ability that differs from the ordinary cards of the popular Normal-type is the Eevee promo card. Another example is Blastoise, whose standard cards differ from the promo variation in terms of its moves and graphics. Players will have the opportunity to obtain more promo cards about the most recent expansion of the game this time.
On February 2, the new Cresselia Ex promo card was made available to players through the Cresselia ex-Drop Solo Battle event. The event will conclude on February 16 at 9:59 p.m. PST, having begun at 10 p.m. PST. Players can add promo cards of Electivire, Misdreavus, Skarmory, and Turtwig to their collections in addition to the card with the powerful Legendary Pokemon. Players must compete against AI fights that are categorized by difficulty level, earning goodies such promo packs, hourglasses, stardust, and store tickets, much as in prior events.
Pokémon TCG Pocket Starts New Cresselia Ex
Cresselia ex’s primary weakness as a Psychic-type card is Dark-type cards like Arbok, Koffing, Weezing, and Ekans. The odds of Cresselia ex falling while opening promo packs are just 12.66%, 15.82%, and 23.84%, respectively, for Electivire, Turtwig, Misdreavus, and Skarmory, according to ptcgpocket.gg. Conversely, promo card packs have a 100% probability of reaching the Expert level and a 51% chance of landing at the Beginner level. Therefore, players may save a lot of time and maximize the event’s stamina by using a useful Pokemon TCG Pocket method that was previously published.
While taking part in the new Solo Battles to obtain new promotional cards, players can finally pull cards from the second Pokémon TCG Pocket set. Named Space-Time Smackdown, the expansion has most of the cards focused on Sinnoh Pokémon, with Dialga and Palkia gracing the packs. The legendary duo received regular exes, immersive variants, and full art with a gold background, adding to the list of most desired cards. Additionally, players will find other Sinnoh cards such as the starters Piplup, Turtwig, and Chinchar, and 10 new ex-cards such as Pachirisu and Gallade, colorful and shiny border variants.
